Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing, registering for an account on, or otherwise using our platform (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, please do not use our Platform.

Eligibility Requirements

To access the Platform, you must:

  2. Not be a resident of countries subject to trade or economic sanctions by the United Nations.
  3. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming.

Account Registration Rules

To create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials (username and password) and ensuring that they are not used in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement.

One-Account-Per-User Policy

Each user may only have one active account on our Platform. If we discover that you have created multiple accounts, we reserve the right to merge or close them at any time without notice.

Identity Verification and KYC

We require all users to verify their identity through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures before making a withdrawal from your account. You must provide us with identification documents as required by law.

Account Accuracy Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining accurate records of your transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, bets and winnings on the Platform. We reserve the right to request information or clarification regarding any transaction.

Account Security Responsibilities

To secure access to our Platform and maintain account safety:

  1. Use strong passwords.
  2. Do not share login credentials with others.
  3. Monitor your account regularly for unauthorized activity.
  4. Report lost, stolen or compromised user data immediately.

Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited Activities

We reserve the right to restrict or ban you from accessing the Platform if we reasonably believe that:

  1. You are attempting to cheat or manipulate gameplay in any way.
  2. You engage in collusive betting patterns.
  3. You abuse bonuses or promotions offered by us.

Bonus and Promotion Rules

Bonuses, free spins, or other promotional offers made available on our Platform ("Promotions") may be subject to specific terms and conditions that we reserve the right to modify at any time.

  1. All Promotions are non-transferable.
  2. To participate in a Promotion, you must meet its eligibility criteria.
  3. Terms for each individual promotion may vary but generally include:
    • Wagering requirements (total amount of stakes required before withdrawal).
    • Excluded games or categories.
    • Validity periods.

Wagering and Gameplay Conditions

  1. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions or irregularities in game rules, prize distributions, pay-outs or jackpot amounts.

  3. Gameplay is solely governed by the relevant laws of your jurisdiction.

Bonus Abuse Prevention

  1. All bonuses and free bets are only valid if credited correctly to your account.
  2. Any attempts at abusing a bonus or promotion will be treated as material breach of these Terms, subjecting you to closure of your account without prior notice.

Deposits and Withdrawals (Where Applicable)

  1. You may deposit funds into your Platform account using approved payment methods listed on our website ("Payment Methods").
  2. Deposit limits apply: the minimum allowed is 10£; maximum depends upon account balance or jurisdictional restrictions.
  3. Any withdrawal made in relation to bonus funds before wagering those will incur a charge and be treated as abuse.

Verification Before Withdrawals

You must comply with applicable know your customer ("KYC") requirements when withdrawing from our Platform, which includes supplying necessary documents for verification purposes at least once every year.

Processing and Review Procedures

All withdrawals are subject to processing times (which may vary depending on payment method or jurisdiction restrictions). In case of discrepancy, we reserve the right to request information and documentation before completing withdrawal procedures. Please note: All payouts made by us will be subject to applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

Responsible Gaming Expectations

We support responsible gaming practices:

  1. You must use our Responsible Gaming Tools (Self-Exclusion) as necessary.
  2. Account limitations are set at a minimum of £500 for daily loss limits, with increments available up to a maximum limit determined by the individual or their governing body.

Multi-Accounting and Fraud Prevention

To ensure integrity we will detect duplicate accounts and associated winnings; all duplicate accounts may be closed without warning. Please note: Using third-party software/hardware for account manipulation or game fixing is strictly prohibited under these Terms & Conditions, which includes (but not limited to): hacking scripts, automated betting programs or any other forms of cheating.

Technical Interruptions

If the Platform becomes inaccessible due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we may temporarily suspend gameplay and limit withdrawal requests until normal operations resume.
